About the Role

FLEXECHARGE is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide direct support to the CEO and help bring structure, clarity, and execution power to the company as we scale. This is a hands-on operational role at the center of the organisation, focused on turning priorities into action in a fast-moving, high-uncertainty environment.

You will act as an extension of the CEO - owning critical initiatives, unblocking bottlenecks, and ensuring that high-impact work gets done across fundraising, operations, compliance, and governance. The role is ideal for someone with experience in early-stage, VC-funded companies who thrives in ambiguity and takes pride in execution.

In practice, this role is highly execution-driven. Your weeks may range from preparing a fundraising round, to unblocking cross-functional initiatives, to ensuring compliance and governance processes stay ahead of the company’s growth - always with a focus on momentum, clarity, and delivery.

What You’ll Do

Direct CEO Support & Execution

• Act as the CEO’s operational right hand on high-priority and time-sensitive initiatives

• Translate CEO priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables

• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through to a high standard

• Identify gaps, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution

Fundraising & Investor Operations (End-to-End Ownership)

• Prepare and refine investor decks and fundraising materials

• Build and manage data rooms, metrics, and structured diligence packages

• Maintain investor lists, coordinate outreach, and track meetings and follow-ups

• Support fundraising processes from preparation through closing

Operational Problem-Solving

• Act as an operational “fixer” where ownership is unclear or speed is critical

• Structure solutions, align stakeholders, and drive execution across teams

• Turn complex, ambiguous situations into clear, actionable next steps

Compliance, Certification & Contracts

• Support audits, certifications, and regulatory processes using structured project management

• Manage contracts and compliance workflows in coordination with legal advisors

• Ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and investor requirements

Stakeholder Interface

• Interface with founders, investors, legal advisors, auditors, and external partners

• Ensure clear communication, preparation, and follow-through across critical interactions

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Business-related degree (Business, Finance, Management, Law, or similar)

• Experience supporting early-stage, VC-funded companies in high-growth environments

• Highly execution-oriented with strong ownership and a can-do attitude

• Excellent ability to structure complexity and deliver under time pressure

• Strong communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners

• Thrives in environments where priorities shift and speed matters
