We are looking for a talented and ambitious Email Marketing & CRM Student Assistant to support the execution and operational side of our CRM and email marketing efforts across multiple markets.

What can you expect from the job?  

In this role, you will work closely with our Email Marketing & CRM Specialist and support the execution, quality assurance, and reporting of our email and lifecycle marketing activities. 

Your work will help ensure high-quality email campaigns and automated flows across English, Danish, German, and Spanish, while giving you hands-on experience with CRM systems, data, and e-commerce marketing operations. 

Your main tasks will include: 

• Building email campaigns and newsletters in Klaviyo based on provided briefs 

• Implementing automated flows based on predefined customer journey designs 

• Performing QA (quality assurance) to ensure emails are correct before sending (links, segmentation, tracking, rendering) 

• Supporting localization and QA of emails across English, Danish, German, and Spanish 

• Maintaining audience segments, suppression lists, and exclusions based on defined logic 

• Pulling campaign and performance reports and preparing summaries 

• Monitoring key email metrics and flagging irregularities 

• Supporting list hygiene, signup flows, templates, and CRM documentation 

• Supporting additional CRM-related operational tasks as needed, including system maintenance, QA, and documentation.   

This role will give you hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce analytics, while contributing directly to the growth of our brand.   

What do we expect from you?  

You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and data. You enjoy following processes and ensuring high quality in your work. 

You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by gaining practical experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.Qualifications:  

• Student in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communication, Data, or similar) 

• Fluent in Danish & English – written and spoken 

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is a strong plus 

• Strong attention to detail and structured working style 

• Comfortable working with data, tools, and checklists 

• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar tools is an advantage 

• Passion for sports is a bonus 

Additional facts:  

Weekly working hours:  Part-time (15 hours at the office) 

Location:  Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office atmosphere)
