At Anemo Robotics, we’re building innovations for assessing marine biodiversity. Our first product is an underwater camera (AnemoCam) paired with an object-detection AI system (AnemoAI) that recognizes fish species and turns video into structured biodiversity data.

Anemo is becoming the go-to solution for major offshore companies that need reliable, scalable marine monitoring.

We scaled 5x in 2025 by delivering AnemoCam and AnemoAI to large commercial customers. Our in-house underwater cameras, combined with our AI model for fish species identification, turn raw video into structured biodiversity insights and clear reporting.

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on salesperson who will help us win 2026!

You will look after existing customers and build a steady pipeline by reaching out to new customers and testing new markets.

You’ll own customer relationships, build a pipeline, and turn opportunities into signed projects. You'll have a lot of freedom and agency from: outreach, calls, proposals, follow-ups, and pushing deals through procurement.

What you will do

• Keep in close contact with customers and leads, and make sure every conversation has a clear next step

• Manage existing customers and grow accounts through follow-up projects

• Move deals from first call to signed agreement: calls → proposal → procurement → signature → kickoff

• Keep our CRM updated so we always know where every deal stands

• Run structured outreach and market tests and share what you learn

What we are looking for

• You are proactive and consistent with follow-ups

• You have sold B2B products or services, and you have closed deals end-to-end

• You are comfortable with big projects and longer sales cycles

• You write clear emails, and you communicate well on calls

• You enjoy working in a small team and taking ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with ports, offshore wind, marine construction, environmental monitoring, or industrial tech

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
