WOMO is an influencer marketing platform connecting hospitality and lifestyle brands with verified content creators across Denmark & Spain. We make it easy for our partners to collaborate with the right influencers.
Studio404 is a digital marketing agency specializing in strategy, content creation, web development, performance advertising, and influencer marketing for hospitality and lifestyle brands.
This role bridges both companies - you'll create content and manage social media both in-house for WOMO and Studio404, as well as for our partner brands, while supporting WOMO's influencer marketing operations.
Shoot and edit professional photo and video content for in-house use and partner brands (restaurants, lifestyle, and product brands)
Plan, execute, and edit content for Instagram and TikTok.
Create engaging reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes content that performs
Develop and execute social media strategies based on platform algorithms and current trends
Manage social media accounts for partner brands - from strategy to daily posting
Support WOMO's influencer marketing campaigns: creator relations, campaign execution, and community management
Work in a fast-paced environment during events and content shoots
Own professional camera and necessary shooting gear (this is non-negotiable)
Portfolio showcasing your photo and video work - we need to see what you can create
Proven hands-on experience shooting and editing content professionally
Strong visual instincts (composition, lighting, storytelling, motion)
Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok algorithms)
Proven experience managing social media accounts strategically - not just posting, but growing and engaging audiences
Creative mindset with ability to think independently and problem-solve
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
Experience with campaign measurement and analytics
Knowledge of the Danish influencer landscape
Experience working with restaurants or hospitality brands
Ability to work independently and strategically
Part-time position starting at 10-20 hours per week, with hours increasing as both companies grow
Flexibility for additional hours during events and busy periods
