All Gravy is building the frontline operating system: a single, daily-use product that brings together Comms, Learning, and HR Ops for hospitality and retail brands like GAIL’s, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.

Because we own the communication layer, workflows, and real operational context, we’re uniquely positioned to move beyond disconnected tools - and toward intelligent systems that take real work off managers’ plates as customers grow.

We’re growing 3x+ year over year, backed by Moonfire, Scale Capital, Nordic Makers, and world-class operators, and we’re investing heavily in product, platform, and long-term technical leverage.

🎯 The mission

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to help turn product direction into reliable, scalable systems - systems that are used daily by frontline teams and grow with our customers.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product, and founders, contributing to how things are built while developing your own technical judgment and ownership over time.

This role offers real responsibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into increasingly complex problems across a multi-product platform.

🧠 What you’ll be accountable for

• Building and shipping features across frontend and backend

• Contributing to scalable, well-structured implementations

• Learning to make sound trade-offs between speed, quality, and simplicity

• Improving existing systems as the product evolves

• Debugging issues and helping improve reliability and performance

• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions

• Taking features from idea → implementation → production with support

🧰 Our technical foundation

We run a TypeScript-first stack, enabling engineers to work fluidly across the product:

• TypeScript across frontend and backend

• React & React Native

• GraphQL APIs

• Node.js (NestJS)

• MongoDB

Experience with AI or intelligent systems is a plus - curiosity and good judgment matter more than prior exposure.

We care more about potential, ownership, and clarity of thinking than a perfectly symmetrical CV.
