We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist (AI & Automation) to own marketing and help build the next version of Safe Online’s go to market engine.
We believe SaaS marketing is changing. Growth increasingly comes from better systems, tighter pipelines, and smarter use of technology, not from running more campaigns.
This is a hands on role with real responsibility. You will work closely with the CEO, Sales, and Customer Success. Your work will directly shape how prospects find us, understand what we do, and move from first contact to customer.
We already use AI extensively in our products and daily work. In this role, you will extend and apply that approach to marketing and go to market. The focus is on finding ways of working that genuinely save time and create real impact, making inbound growth and pipeline execution more efficient.
This isn’t about polishing old playbooks. It’s about building better systems and using automation and AI to get the work done smarter.
You will focus on inbound growth and pipeline effectiveness, using an automation first approach to go to market.
A core part of the role is hands on experimentation. You will personally test and implement new tools, workflows, and ways of working. When something works, you help turn it into a repeatable practice.
That experimentation feeds directly into demand generation. You will help build relevant, high intent inbound growth, starting with continued growth in Denmark and then carefully establishing beachheads in selected new markets such as the UK and the Nordics.
Setting up and improving inbound systems that connect demand to real meetings and pipeline
Using automation and AI to reduce manual work and increase consistency
Testing and iterating on tools, workflows, and messaging to learn faster and drive efficiency
Improving how paid search, landing pages, and email actually perform as part of one system
