Develop the future product design at Uniify!

We are looking to expand our team with a talented Product Designer to join our product department. This role will put you at the center of developing the future Uniify product experience. We’re on an exciting journey, and we need someone who can help us pave the way.

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CTO to set the overall strategy for product design at Uniify, and define the resources required to get there.

• Ensure close collaboration with product, engineering, sales and marketing to fully grasp the potential of the product and how to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Lead the design process for new features, improvements, and optimizations across multiple platforms.

• Develop design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of Uniify's product design.

• Work closely with the product and tech team to define and prioritize product requirements, UI guidelines and usability testing.

• Oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Ensure alignment between design, product, engineering and other stakeholders.

Tools:

• Linear for project management, issue tracking and roadmaps.

• Figma for wireframing, UI designs, prototyping and iterative feedback.

• Notion for documentation, specifications and much more.

• React is our frontend and we built our own component library.

• Slack for all internal communication.

• Claude/ChatGPT for testing ideas quickly and delivery high-quality software more efficient.

• Strong understanding of product design best practices and emerging trends

• Naturally iterative, with a habit of learning and measuring outcomes

• Proven track record delivering high-quality designs from concept to final
