Team and role 🎒

We work on products that we deliver to internal and external customers through different applications that share the same core. In tech/product we are 10+ people across Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will own meaningful parts of our core B2B platform used by both internal teams and external fund managers across Europe. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to define product direction, validate solutions, and deliver improvements that have real business and customer impact.

We collaborate day-to-day on Slack, Notion and Github. We maximize output by utilizing modern AI tools to speed up discovery, prototyping and development such as Claude, ChatGPT and v0. Helping us test ideas quickly and deliver high-quality software more efficiently.

This is a full-time permanent role as a product manager. You can work from our locations in either Aarhus or Copenhagen. Our base salary range starts at EUR 80.000 + pension and benefits.

Your responsibilities 📝

This role is cross-functional and focused on driving product direction and delivery across our complex B2B platform.

• Own product areas and epics end-to-end, including problem framing, prioritization, delivery, and success measurement.

• Drive execution from discovery to delivery and work with engineering and design to ship iteratively and learn fast.

• Stay close to our users through feedback, observation, and data. Turn workflows and pain points into the right priorities.

• Keep stakeholders aligned and decisions visible so the team has clear direction, even when priorities change.

• Raise the bar for how we build product at Embankment by improving discovery, planning, and execution as we scale.

• Build for AI and with AI tools, and help shape AI-powered features and use tools like v0 and coding agents to move faster.
