We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help build the best Digital Assistant for professional kitchens.

Running a profitable and enjoyable foodservice business without sacrificing chef creativity is incredibly hard. FoodOp is on a mission to change that globally.

More than 700 chefs across 550+ kitchens use FoodOp daily to manage recipes, menus, procurement, and reporting. And we’re just getting started.

You will join our development team in Copenhagen, working closely with frontend- and backend developers and designers.

About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will:

• Own frontend architecture, patterns, and best practices in our Angular applications

• Develop and maintain features while improving code structure and maintainability

• Participate actively in code reviews, pairing, feedback, and technical discussions

• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth integration and high-quality APIs

• Collaborating closely with design and customer-facing teams to translate real-world challenges into intuitive solutions

  
  

What We’re Looking For

We imagine that you:

• Have 4+ years of professional experience with Typescript frontend development

• Are passionate about building intuitive, high-quality user experiences

• Have worked on larger codebases and understands frontend architecture, scalability, and maintainability

• Strong product sense and ability to make well-reasoned technical decisions, knowing when to prioritize speed and when to invest in foundational work

• Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback in a collaborative environment

Experience with Angular is a plus, but strong TypeScript fundamentals are a must. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have experience working closely with UI/UX or contributing to design decisions.
