Operations and maintenance for EV charging, is currently a market run on manual labor. Although EV charging networks are growing fast, downtime, hidden faults and slow operational loops are still the norm across the industry.

That is exactly what we are changing.

Meet Lumina

We've built Charger Health, an AI-powered Operations & Maintenance platform for EV charging networks.

Our software automatically identifies issues and initiates resolution flows in real-time. This is done through combination of pattern recognition, machine learning models and an agentic infrastructure.

In addition, our solution automatically creates, updates and closes tickets, optimizing the throughput of operations teams.

Lastly, intelligent alerts reveal hidden issues and enables proactive remote handling.

This has reduced the operational resources required to manage the network, enabling operations teams to more than double their output, while also improving key performance metrics such as uptime and charging success rate.

We’re a team of four founders with deep experience across data, AI/ML, operations, and software. Now we’re ready for our first full-time engineering hire.

The role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused)

You will own the platform experience with the design team and act as a platform / product development lead, sitting right at the intersection of product and engineering.

Your mission is to evolve our existing frontend into a modern, scalable framework, bring structure and consistency to our API layer, and ensure secure, efficient data flow across the platform.

You’ll work closely with the design- and data leads and have real influence over product direction.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the frontend platform, evolving it into a modern and scalable architecture.

• Implement core product experiences for operational users, including new dashboards, automated workflows, and decision-support interfaces.

• Refine and document our API layer, ensuring clean contracts between frontend, backend and ML systems.

• Ensure reliable data flow across the platform, from real-time signals to aggregated insights.

• Translate complex operational and ML-driven insights into clear, usable interfaces for real-world users.

• Set frontend standards and best practices that the platform will grow on for years.
