We’ve gone from 1 to 55 countries in 3 years 🔥 Want to help shape the next chapter?
We’re on a mission to make event tech more simple, efficient, and reliable – and we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can take our customer satisfaction to the next level while our dear marketing colleague is on paternity leave (and maybe continue after he's back). If that sounds exciting, keep reading 👇
We’re the team behind the name badge printers and ticketing platform used at high-profile events across Europe. Our customers rely on us when timing matters, pressure is high, and there’s no room for error. We don’t just deliver tech - we deliver calm, confidence, and control. We just launched Fredo, which is a new brand focusing on our global name badge printing services.
Our Marketing Manager is going on paternity leave, and we’re looking for someone who can keep momentum high while he’s away. This is not a strategy-only role. It’s about shipping good work, consistently, and knowing whether it works or not. You might be able to continue in a marketing position after our Marketing Manager is back from paternity leave.
You’re a B2B marketing generalist with a strong bias for execution. You enjoy turning real customer stories into content, launching initiatives without being asked twice, and checking the numbers to see if your work actually makes an impact.
Produce and publish B2B content:
Case studies
Webinars
LinkedIn posts
Website and campaign copy
Own day-to-day marketing execution during the cover period
Proactively suggest and run marketing initiatives
Track and evaluate performance using analytics
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to turn real use-cases into strong content
A hands-on B2B marketer who’s done more than one thing well
A strong copywriter who can turn rough input into clear, compelling output
Comfortable reading analytics and adjusting fast
Proactive, structured, and reliable
Fluent in English (near-native level)
You don’t need to:
Speak Danish
Be overly senior or title-driven
Spend weeks polishing decks instead of shipping
Content keeps flowing while our Marketing Manager is away
Campaigns don’t stall
We have clarity on what performs and what doesn’t
Sales and CS feel supported by relevant, usable marketing material
Full-time
3 days/week in our Copenhagen HQ
Flexible hours
No Danish is required
Startup energy. Playful but ambitious. There’s beer in the fridge, emojis in Slack, and room to fail fast and bounce back quicker. We prefer action over perfection, and you’ll never be left alone without sparring or support.
If this sounds like a place where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you. We’re excited to grow — and even more excited to do it with someone like you on board.
