To take the next step, we’re hiring a Country Manager who will be the face of Autoholly in Germany — deepening customer relationships, expanding the market, and shaping how our service evolves. To make sure customers in Germany feel supported and excited to work with Autoholly - while growing the market by building new relationships and expanding existing accounts.


Success Criteria

You are successful in this role when you:

  • Grow revenue in the German market

  • Expand our customer base with relevant new accounts

  • Make customers genuinely happy through excellent service


Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Understanding & Market Fit

  • Build a deep understanding of German customer workflows, expectations, and pain points

  • Spot trends and identify where Autoholly can stand out

  • Provide structured feedback to product, operations, and leadership


Commercial Growth

  • Own, develop, and expand Autoholly’s customer base in Germany

  • Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline

  • Negotiate agreements and guide customers through onboarding


Customer Success & Satisfaction

  • Deliver a premium customer experience with fast and proactive communication

  • Represent Autoholly confidently in meetings, both online and onsite

  • Ensure customers remain satisfied, loyal, and willing to grow with us


Autonomy, Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work independently with full ownership of your region

  • Bring your own new ideas to life from concept to implementation

  • Take part in shaping Autoholly’s broader European strategy


What You Bring

  • Experience in account management, business development, customer success, or consulting

  • Strong communication skills — confident in person, on the phone, and over email

  • A proactive, commercial, solution-oriented mindset

  • Curiosity about how customers work and what they need

  • Ability to thrive with autonomy and high ownership

  • Professionalism, structure, and attention to detail

  • Fluency in German and English
