As a Product Designer at 3RD, you’ll own features from early concept to shipped product. You’ll turn complex AI visibility data—monitoring, benchmarks, and recommendations—into interfaces that CMOs, brand teams, and agencies can immediately understand and act on.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering, with real influence on what we build and how it feels. This is a rare opportunity to help define an entirely new product category—and the visual expression that comes with it.
We’re a small, talent-dense team with leadership backgrounds from Google, Frog Design, and The North Alliance. You’ll work alongside people who care deeply about every aspect of the product experience—from strategy and structure to detail, craft, and execution.

Own design end-to-end: Take features from early concept and exploration through to pixel-perfect delivery and shipped product
Shape the product experience: Influence how the product feels, behaves, and communicates—not just how it looks
Make complexity usable: Translate AI monitoring data, benchmarks, and recommendations into intuitive, decision-ready interfaces
Work closely with engineering: Collaborate deeply with developers—or ship to production yourself using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
Iterate with velocity: Ship quickly, learn from real usage, and refine based on feedback and outcomes
A strong portfolio showing real product impact (ideally B2B SaaS, data-heavy, or AI-driven products)
Strong UI design fundamentals, with attention to interaction patterns, layout, and scalable structure
Ability to own and drive a feature from idea to shipped product
Strong opinions, weakly held—you advocate for quality but adapt when better ideas emerge
Curiosity and product thinking: you care deeply about why things exist, not just how they look
