The Role

As Product Designer at Third, you'll take ownership of design projects from conception to delivery. You'll turn AI monitoring data, benchmarking insights, and optimization recommendations into interfaces that CMOs, brand teams, and agencies can understand and act on immediately. 

Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll work at the intersection of product strategy and execution, with direct impact on what we build and how we position it in the market. 

This is a rare opportunity to design a new category from the ground up, where your work helps define how the world understands brand visibility in the age of AI.

What You'll Do 

  • In one sentence: Design the future of brand visibility intelligence, making complex AI data clear, actionable, and beautiful. 

  • Take ownership of design projects: Lead initiatives end-to-end from initial concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. 

  • Own design projects end-to-end: Own design projects end-to-end: from concept through pixel-perfect delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering, or better yet, ship to production yourself with AI tools. We'll support you either way. 

  • Simplify complexity: Transform AI monitoring data, competitive benchmarks, and optimization insights into clear, actionable user experiences. 

  • Impact design quality and culture: Help establish standards and practices for how design works at Third. 

  • Build scalable systems: Create design patterns and components that maintain quality as we grow. 

  • Iterate with velocity: Ship quickly, learn from user feedback, and continuously refine based on real-world usage. 


What We're Looking For 

  • Portfolio that speaks for itself: Showcasing successful product work, ideally in B2B SaaS, data visualization, or AI-driven products. 

  • You sweat the details and defend them: Every choice has a reason, and you can explain your design rationale with conviction, from typography to user flow to business impact. 

  • Insatiable curiosity: You ask questions, explore new patterns, and constantly seek to understand the "why" behind decisions. 

  • Outstanding visual design: Exceptional command of typography, layout, color, UI patterns, and interaction principles. 

  • Strong opinions, weakly held: You advocate passionately for your ideas but pivot quickly when presented with better arguments. 

  • AI-native mindset: Comfortable and experienced using AI tools in your design workflow. 

  • Bonus: Track record of shipping quality work in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments. 

  • Bonus: You ship to production yourself, perhaps with a little help from AI.
