Are you passionate about building AI-powered products that solve real operational problems? Do you enjoy shaping how AI behaves in production—balancing user experience, system constraints, and measurable business outcomes? If so, we’re looking for an AI Product Lead to own and evolve our new AI Voice Bot at Autoflows.
Autoflows is a fast-growing SaaS company in the automotive industry. We help dealerships automate customer communication and operational workflows. With the launch of our AI Voice Bot, we are extending our platform into AI-driven inbound and outbound voice conversations—fully integrated with our Autoflows platform and key third-party systems.
We work with the most prestigious brands and dealers in the world such as Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA, Ford, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes and Citroën and help the automotive industry take action on data. Our deep knowledge of the automotive industry helps us design relevant plug and play digital services. We have services toward brands, dealers, and independent workshops.
This role is about product ownership, not model development. You will define how the AI behaves, how conversations flow, and how success is measured.
As AI Product Lead, you will own the end-to-end product experience. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, ensuring the AI delivers consistent, high-quality conversations while reliably triggering the right workflows across our tech stack.
You will work closely with our product- and engineering team who handle the technical implementation, while you focus on conversation design, prompt strategy, and product outcomes.
Product & Strategy
Own the product vision and roadmap for the AI Voice Bot.
Define what the AI should and should not do in customer interactions.
Translate dealership needs into clear conversational goals and flows.
Prioritize features and refinements based on customer impact and business value.
Conversational Design & Prompt Ownership
Design and refine conversational pathways in our ai products.
Own system prompts, guardrails, fallback behavior, and escalation rules.
Continuously improve conversations based on real call transcripts and outcomes.
Balance conversational flexibility with strict backend and business constraints.
Measurement & Iteration
Define KPIs for AI performance (e.g. booking success, call completion, handoff rate).
Analyze conversation logs and failure cases.
Run structured iteration cycles to improve accuracy, clarity, and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineers integrating our ai providers, Autoflows, and ERP integrations.
Collaborate with Customer Success to gather feedback and validate improvements.
Act as the main point of ownership for AI-related product decisions.
You are a product-minded professional with hands-on experience working with AI or LLM-powered products. You are comfortable shaping AI behavior in real-world environments where reliability, predictability, and business rules matter.
You enjoy working with ambiguity, taking ownership, and iterating quickly based on real user behavior rather than theory. You are equally comfortable discussing UX, edge cases, and system constraints.
Furthermore, you have:
Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
A personal drive to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality products
The ability to think on your feet and work independently, while being a true team player and helping other team members when needed.
Motivation to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities can shift, and we challenge ourselves to develop new solutions and processes
Curious to learn and develop
Self-driven and collaborative
