At Sureshot.video, we’re shaping the future of user-generated video content (UGC). Our platform helps brands and creators source, curate, and transform authentic video at scale — from upload to automated highlight generation. We handle large volumes of video, apply AI-powered annotation and analysis, and create fast, data-driven insights that turn raw footage into engaging stories.

We’re on a mission to combine scalable video technology with applied artificial intelligence — enabling real-time analysis, curation, and storytelling.

The role

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll contribute across our stack and play an important role in designing the foundation for our next-generation AI video processing pipeline.

You'll be:

• Building and maintaining rich, high-performance interfaces in React and React Native.

• Designing and implementing scalable .NET Core APIs and backend modules for media handling.

• Integrating AI/LLM-based services to automate video annotation, tagging, and highlight generation.

• Working with GCP for distributed processing, AI model orchestration, and data storage.

• Contributing to architecture decisions for low-latency video stream processing and playback optimization.

• Collaborating on optimizing pipelines for speed, cost efficiency, and scalability.

• Participating in product and R&D discussions around AI use cases in media workflows.

You will be navigating our tech-stack with excellence: 

• Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS

• Backend: .NET Core (API & MVP services)

• AI/ML: OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar frameworks for model integration and LLM-powered workflows

• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions

• Version Control: GitHub

• Video libraries like FFMPEG 

What we are looking for

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience as a full-stack or frontend engineer.

• Proficiency with modern React and experience building complex UI systems.

• Solid experience in backend development using .NET Core and RESTful architectures.

• Understanding of AI/ML techniques, including applied use of LLMs, video annotation, and media metadata extraction.

• Experience with cloud-native environments (preferably GCP) and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with video-streaming formats, pipelines, and encoding workflows is a plus.

• Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to work on the intersection of AI, media, and real-time systems.

• Comfort with ambiguity and scrappy startup environments

• Fluent in English

Bonus:

• B2B SaaS platform understanding

• Subscription management and pricing-tier-structures.

Compensation

Base: 30.000 to 47,500 DKK/month (€48,300 to €76,500/year). To be renegotiated in 12 months. 

Equity: Early-stage equity package (typically 0.1 - 1% within the first 12 months)

• 5-year vesting, 1-year cliff
