Help make hospitality more sustainable, one curious new partner at a time.
At Dripdrop, we are on a mission to challenge the make-to-break mindset. We turn the simple umbrella into a symbol of sustainability through an automated sharing service that is circular, branded, and good for the planet. We already work with some of the world’s most recognized brands - Marriott, Radisson, Hilton and so on - across 26 countries.
As our Digital Marketing Associate, you'll ensure that Dripdrop’s stories, messages, and campaigns reach the right audience with consistency and impact. In a fast paced scale-up, you're executing on what's Now while exploring and testing what's Next. Marketing in Dripdrop is not about handing off leads to Sales and closing your eyes, it's about meaningfully supporting an experience and brand first growth journey with the valuable work of digital marketing.
You will report to our CCO and act as the bridge between marketing plans and market presence. This role is about execution, structure, and reliability. You won’t just be "posting"; you’ll be building and keeping the rhythm and reach that supports our go-to-market strategies of inbound demand, especially as we expand into new markets and verticals.
Channel execution: Distribute content across relevant channels with a consistent cadence, ensuring we show up boldly and repeatedly in priority markets.
Founder-Led content: Support and distribute content from our founders, ensuring it reaches the right people and aligns with our commercial priorities.
Campaign activation: Set up and maintain campaigns: Handling the formats, timing, and follow-through to ensure they go live exactly as planned.
Performance tracking: Track core metrics like reach, engagement, and inbound signals, reporting clearly on what is working and what isn't.
Collaboration: Work closely with our CCO, content creators, and the Sales team to ensure our marketing efforts support our commercial needs and reduce internal friction.
You love structure: You prefer a distribution process that feels organized rather than ad hoc.
You are a reliable partner: You take pride in being the person who ensures execution gaps don’t exist.
You are results-oriented: You enjoy seeing how your work directly impacts inbound interest and strategic growth.
You are a fast learner: You don’t just execute; you share patterns and learnings to help the team make better decisions.
You are mission-driven: You care about sustainability and want your work to help make hospitality more circular.
You are innovative: You have on eye on what's next and are curious to test it out. AI is a huge part of that.
You are holistic: You see marketing as a part of a bigger experience and brand puzzle.
You might have:
Set up and run Linkedin ads; or other ads
Built things you're proud of: Apps, websites, campaigns, projects, you name it
Seen the power of marrying organic and paid social
Worked in B2B but found the marketing function to isolated, or on the hand;
Worked in B2C but missed longterm relationships with customers
A strong love for brands that go that extra mile
Little experience but already feel that the normal marketing jobs out there are not for you

You’ll be part of a multicultural team representing 16 nationalities, all bringing different strengths and perspectives. It makes our work more creative and our culture more real.
Dripdrop is a place where you can do great work and enjoy showing up every day. You’ll laugh, learn, and be challenged often at the same time.
We don’t pretend everything is easy. We work hard, move fast, and sometimes fail fast too. But we care deeply about progress. For our company, our mission, and each other.
We believe in being 1% better every day. That mindset shapes everything: how we build, how we give feedback, and how we grow as people.
