Now, we are looking for a Commercial Associate to join our team in Aarhus. As a curious and accountable person, you will support our growth by running day-to-day commercial activities and building strong, trust-based relationships with our partners.
You will work closely with our commercial team and leadership. This isn’t just about sales; it’s about building relationships by ensuring our partners experience clarity, confidence, and realistic expectations throughout their entire journey with Dripdrop.
You will host first conversations, follow up on opportunities, and close agreements while learning how to spot momentum and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships. Success in this role means our partners feel welcomed, understood, and well-guided from their very first interaction.
You will create value right away while in pole position to learn from our skilled team so that you over time can take and get more responsibility.
Commercial Execution: Respond to inbound inquiries, host partner meetings and demos, follow up on opportunities, negotiate terms, and close agreements. The goal is clarity and trust, not persuasion.
Relationship Building: Act as the primary commercial contact for selected accounts or chains.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth handover and consistent partner experience.
Commercial Hygiene: Keep CRM data and documentation accurate and up to date.
Learning & Growing: Apply experience-led thinking to your work and share observations with the wider commercial team to help us scale.
