Does your brain light up when strategy turns into execution and loose ends get tied together? Nothing is too small or too big to deserve your attention. If you see it, you own it. Do you enjoy being close to the founders, the decisions, and the real work of building a company?
If you thrive where structure meets execution and ownership, and you measure your own success by the success of others, this might be your role.
We are building software that helps property owners and operators take better care of buildings. Timely, cost effective, and sustainable. By combining public and private data, AI, and a strong user experience, we make it easier to understand what is happening in a building and what is likely to happen next.
The product launched in 2024 and is already used by professional customers. We are now focused on scaling both the product and the company behind it.
As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and founder team and play an important role in keeping direction, momentum, and structure as we grow.
The role is broad by design, but the focus is clear: helping build proprty.ai into a well structured and scalable SaaS company. As the business and organisation grow, the role will evolve. You will take ownership of defined responsibilities and gradually help identify and shape new ones as they emerge.
You are comfortable working with structure, but also curious and willing to step into areas that are not fully defined yet. You learn quickly, take responsibility, and help move things forward.
You help drive cross functional initiatives across sales, customer success, marketing, and product.
You support our go to market efforts and help ensure alignment across teams.
You help design and improve internal processes, from pipeline and onboarding to reporting and planning.
You support the founder team with preparation, decision material, and execution of key initiatives.
You contribute to how we work together, how we prioritise, and how we deliver as a team.
You also step in on practical operational tasks when needed, including:
Office operations in Copenhagen
Coordination with external finance partners such as bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing
Ad hoc tasks where extra capacity and brain trust are required
You likely:
Have a few years of experience in a SaaS company, ideally from customer success, revenue operations, or an operational role
Are used to working close to commercial teams and understand how sales, customers, and operations connect
Enjoy taking responsibility and seeing things through from start to finish
Have a solid understanding of B2B customer journeys and go to market processes
Are curious, proactive, and organised in your approach
Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
We are based in a beautiful old building at Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen, right by the metro. We work from home on Wednesdays and otherwise value being together at the office. There is an option to join a canteen scheme. Yes, we do have hoodies.
If you are excited by execution, ownership, and helping others succeed while building a growing SaaS company, this is a chance to learn fast and have real impact close to the founders.
