As we enter our next growth phase, we seek a Head of Campaign Planning to lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact campaigns globally, ensuring our commercial ambition is matched by operational excellence.
You will join Vivino’s Media Operations team, the engine room that oversees the planning, development, and delivery of campaigns across all regions. Our mission is to bring structure and excellence to Vivino’s global campaigns, ensuring they are commercially potent, user-centric, and executed with precision. As the Head of Campaign Planning, you will oversee the global campaign calendar and the critical paths that bring it to life. You will balance the "art" of user engagement with the "science" of revenue goals, ensuring that our Commercial, Lifecycle, and Seasonal activities never compete, but instead amplify each other. You will unblock regional teams, lead the Campaign Managers, and serve as the central coordination point for Retail Media, Commerce, Product, and Design.
To be more specific, your responsibilities will include the following:
Global Campaign Strategy & Seasonality: You will drive end-to-end seasonal planning, from defining discount frameworks to segmenting the market. You will manage the critical paths for significant commercial moments and lead the intake process with Design and Operations to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Calendar Management & Alignment: You will own the unified global calendar, ensuring alignment across Commerce, CRM, and regional teams. You will set seasonality guidelines to prevent overlap and ensure markets across Europe, APAC, and the Americas move in sync.
Leadership & Enablement: You will mentor and develop the Campaign Managers by establishing clear workflows, QA standards, and playbooks. You will be the team’s unblocker, streamlining processes to ensure daily trading campaigns run efficiently.
Performance & Collaboration: You will serve as the central link between Media, Commerce, and CRM, minimizing friction and ensuring seamless integration. You will align lifecycle journeys with commercial goals and report on key metrics, such as GMV, to determine which mechanics to scale or retire.
