Our operations team is looking for a property manager who is tired of the status quo. You will partner closely with our software engineers to shape the future of our platform. You’ll have the opportunity to span the entire process, from managing complex portfolios and advising landlords to deciding which manual tasks our engineers should automate next.
To be quite frank: if you are currently working in property, you know the pain. You’re likely stuck in UNIK or EG Bolig spending your day on redundant, time-consuming tasks. We want to change that. Right now is the best time to join because you’ll get the chance to shape your own role and help us enter new markets across the Nordics.
Property management is fundamentally broken. It’s held back by 90s software and linear scaling: more tenants equals more manual work.
We automate high-volume, low-value tasks like bank reconciliation, debt collection, and legal notices to strip human error and bureaucracy out of the rental experience. By removing the friction, we allow landlords and tenants to actually communicate, putting the human connection back at the centre of the business.
Proper is a seal of quality and trust in a messy market. After years of scaling our software to thousands of users, we are now rebuilding our entire stack from the ground up with AI as the foundation. We are moving from being a software provider to a full-service property operator. We’re not just building the platform; we’re running it.
Be a core part of the team: Work closely with software engineers and product designers to shape our product with your domain expertise.
Own the portfolio: Manage the daily administration, including lease contracts, rent adjustments, compliance, and maintenance.
Bridge the gap: Identify the friction points in your daily work and help the product team decide on what to build next.
Be the expert: Act as the primary advisor for landlords on the complex side of property: legislation, strategy, and finance.
Operate at scale: Pilot our automated systems to manage a portfolio size that would be impossible at a traditional firm.
From the field: You have experience in property management and actually enjoy solving the puzzles of the Danish Rental Act.
Done with legacy tech: You’ve used the old systems and you know they suck. You probably already have ideas on how to fix them.
A "product" thinker: You don’t just want to follow a checklist; you want to build a better system.
Numbers don’t scare you: You’re comfortable with budgets, utility accounts, and tools like Visma e-conomic.
Bilingual: You are fluent in Danish for legal documents and English for our office culture.
Equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable assuming ownership and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
You’ll join a startup that is about to completely rethink how a property manager works. You will be part of an experienced team with backing from the country's top VCs.
A slice of the company through our warrant program.
An office in the city centre of Copenhagen, located two minutes from Kongens Nytorv.
Daily high-end lunch and private health insurance.
6 weeks of paid holiday.
We’re looking for people, not bullet points. Not sure if you fit the description perfectly? Don’t let that hold you back. If you’re a property pro whose career has taken some interesting twists, or if you’re just ready to stop doing data entry and start building the future of property, reach out.
