SureShot turns event attendees into creators. Our mobile platform enables anyone at concerts, festivals, and sports events to capture and share moments from their unique perspective, creating a collective video experience.

Where we are: Pre-seed stage with real traction: iOS app live, Android version on the way, paying customers, and multiple festivals confirmed for 2026. You'll be employee #5 and our first design hire.

The role

Own end-to-end design for our B2C mobile app and B2B event management platform.

Your primary mission: build an app consumers love and want to use for sharing videos - with each other, brands and event organisers.

You'll be:

• Designing iOS and Android mobile app experiences (primary focus)

• Creating viral loops and growth features that drive network effects

• Design the B2B event management dashboard for enterprise clients

• Conducting user research at live events (festivals, concerts and more)

• Working directly with founders and our product developers

• Establishing design system foundations for cross-platform consistency

• Iterate based on real user feedback, and attend events.

What we're looking for

Required:

• 3-5 years as a UX/UI or Product Designer with B2C mobile app experience

• Strong portfolio showing mobile-first design (iOS/Android)

• Experience designing social features, viral loops and sharing mechanics, that can drive growth and network effects.

• Proficiency in Figma and/or similar tools

• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Product design thinking: you understand how design drives metrics (activation, retention, virality)

• Comfort with ambiguity and scrappy startup environments

• Fluent in English

Bonus:

• Gamification experience

• B2B SaaS platform design

• Vibe coding experience

Compensation

Base: ~30,000 DKK/month (~€48,300/year). To be renegotiated in 12 months. 

Equity: Early-stage equity package (typically 0.3 - 1% within the first 12 months)

• 5-year vesting, 1-year cliff

• Your specific percentage determined during offer stage
