We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our Finance Team. In this role, you’ll manage billing, invoicing, and month-end tasks, gaining hands-on experience with core finance operations in a growing SaaS company.
You’ll be part of a specialised Finance team working closely with Customer Success, Operations, and external partners. The team values ownership, structure, and a proactive mindset, and you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and have close day-to-day collaboration across the organisation.
Manage our billing platform and own our invoicing process
Act as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries
Drive our collections processes and follow up with customers
Assist in month-end and closing processes, including financial reporting and accounting tasks
Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Participate in other finance & operations-related matters as needed
Studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, International Business, Analytics or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
High level of attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional fluency in English (Danish is not required)
Able to work 15-20 hours per week from our office
Salary: DKK 155/hour for Bachelor’s students and DKK 175/hour for Master’s students
