About Kiku

Kiku is building AI for frontline recruiting. Our mission is to enable frontline workers to find a job easily and to streamline the process of hiring for frontline employers. Helping companies hire the right candidate faster and smarter. We are building for the 80% of the global workforce that keeps society running. Our AI screens candidates on the platform of their choice and the modality that suits them (voice or chat). In the background, recruitment teams build a talent pool of screened candidates that can be matched to new jobs in the future.

We’re a small, ambitious team on a mission to transform how frontline recruiting works - and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Growth Events Manager who thrives on building buzz, driving pipeline, and creating moments that move deals forward. You’ll own Kiku’s event and partner marketing engine from strategy through execution, crafting standout experiences that attract prospects, energize partners, and build category momentum.

If you’re part marketer, part event producer, part growth hacker, and you love seeing your work directly impact revenue, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our event strategy: Build and run a high-impact online and offline event calendar, from major conferences to webinars.

  • Drive measurable growth: Set clear goals for each event, track sourced pipeline, and work closely with sales to convert conversations into opportunities.

  • Create meaningful partnerships: Identify and co-create with partners that amplify our reach through webinars, co-branded campaigns, and content swaps.

  • Turn experiences into content: Transform events into stories, clips, and case studies that keep the momentum going.

  • Own the operations: Manage budgets, swag, vendors, tech stack, and everything that makes events hum.

  • Be our eyes and ears in the field: Bring back insights from customers, partners, and competitors to shape our go-to-market playbook.

What success looks like:

  • Events and partner programs with clear targets and post-mortems

  • Pipeline sourced/influenced per event and partner

  • Lower CAC per opportunity from events/partners quarter over quarter

  • Shorter sales cycles from field-sourced deals

  • Consistent rep attendance and exec meetings at key events

Role requirements:

  • Love data-driven marketing and can measure success beyond attendance.

  • Thrive when working side by side with sales teams.

  • Are organized, creative, and always curious about what works.

  • Are up for travel, experimentation, and building playbooks from scratch.

Nice to have:

  • Experience at early-stage SaaS

  • Regional roadshow playbooks

  • Tooling inc CRM/Marketing automation, event platforms, webinar tools, attribution/BI, project management
