Kiku is building AI for frontline recruiting. Our mission is to enable frontline workers to find a job easily and to streamline the process of hiring for frontline employers. Helping companies hire the right candidate faster and smarter. We are building for the 80% of the global workforce that keeps society running. Our AI screens candidates on the platform of their choice and the modality that suits them (voice or chat). In the background, recruitment teams build a talent pool of screened candidates that can be matched to new jobs in the future.
We’re a small, ambitious team on a mission to transform how frontline recruiting works - and we’re just getting started.
