At Nordic Charge, we are building the most agile and transparent e-mobility operations platform on the market. Founded in 2023, we are a fast-growing Danish startup simplifying operations for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and their partners. From hardware and logistics to installation, automation and system integrations — we unify the EV charging ecosystem and enable CPOs to scale smarter and faster. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a net-zero future by removing operational friction and empowering our customers to grow with confidence.
As we expand our commercial footprint, we are now looking for a strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue engine. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-impact sales organisation from the ground up and play a pivotal role in defining how Nordic Charge wins in the marketplace.
Strategic Sales Leadership
Own and drive Nordic Charge’s B2B sales strategy across target markets.
Set ambitious commercial goals, build scalable processes, and execute with discipline.
Lead key negotiations and close strategic deals to accelerate growth.
Team Building & Enablement
Recruit, coach and develop a strong sales team to support long-term expansion.
Create a performance-focused, collaborative sales culture grounded in transparency and execution excellence.
Develop sales playbooks, tools, and frameworks that help the team operate at scale.
Customer & Market Development
Identify, prioritise and penetrate new customer segments, including CPOs, utilities, partners and enterprise accounts.
Position our platform and value proposition with clarity and impact.
Build long-lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth hand-offs to onboarding and delivery teams.
Pipeline & Insights
Maintain full visibility on pipeline, forecasting and sales outcomes.
Leverage data and market feedback to optimise sales motions and strengthen competitive positioning.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations to ensure alignment from lead to launch.
Experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, energy, infrastructure, mobility, or related tech.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments — resourceful, proactive, and hands-on.
Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
Data-driven and performance oriented, with a growth mindset and strategic perspective.
Fluent in English; Danish or other Nordic languages are a strong plus.
Willing to travel across key markets when needed.
