Tivedo is a self-developed B2B SaaS platform within data-driven, omni-channel digital marketing. The product is live, proven, and built for international scale.
We are now looking for a commercial co-founder (CCO) to take full ownership of revenue, go-to-market, and growth.
This role is equity-first. There is no traditional salary in the early phase.

Users can create, manage, and optimize campaigns while accessing real-time performance data 24/7.
The platform is fully self-developed (PHP, complex API integrations, automated cron jobs) and designed for international scalability. Tivedo is headquartered in Copenhagen with a strong remote development setup and plans to establish an advisory board as part of the next growth phase.
Tivedo has reached a point where the product, platform, and technical foundation are in place. The next phase is not about building more features — it’s about commercial execution and scale.
Rather than hiring a sales manager, I’m deliberately looking for a commercial co-founder who wants real ownership of revenue, go-to-market, and growth — and who will help shape the company strategically as we scale in Denmark and internationally. This is the moment where the right partnership matters more than speed.
You will own and build the entire commercial side of the business. Phase 1 – Revenue & validation (Denmark)
Personally drive B2B sales and customer acquisition
Execute and refine go-to-market strategy
Help sharpen pricing, positioning, and business model
Generate early traction and momentum
Phase 2 – Scale
Build and lead the commercial function
Expand into international markets (starting with Europe)
Drive partnerships and strategic growth initiatives
Act as a key decision-maker alongside the CEO and advisory board
This is a hands-on founder role with direct impact on company direction.
You are not a sales manager. You are a commercial founder who wants ownership, not just responsibility. You likely have:
Strong B2B SaaS and/or digital marketing sales experience
Proven ability to close deals yourself
Deep understanding of go-to-market and revenue scaling
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with risk
Ambition to build and own something long-term
You can be Danish or international. English is required.

Morten Mazanti – Founder & CEO
Morten has a strong background in digital marketing and business development, with hands-on experience from Jobzonen, Teknologiens Mediehus, JFM, JobHub, and Respons2day. He has built Tivedo’s platform from the ground up, established a skilled remote development team, and laid the product and technical foundation for scaling Tivedo into an international SaaS company.
Morten is now looking for a commercial co-founder to jointly own revenue, strategy, and the next growth phase of the company.
