The role

We need a Technology Presenter at Normark Defence. A person that will bridge the gap between our defence technologies and Business Development departments. You will work in close collaboration with both our Business Development teams and our Technology Scout teams and provide technical insight, knowledge or specific expertise in technology presentations online and at customers in Europe. You will be the face of our technical insights and represent the company to the best of your abilities. Your main task, is to take part in solving technical challenges, finding solutions rather than problems. If you have a background within various technical fields, or simply worked with many different technologies, you will be the one delivering insights and contributing to bringing technologies to the warfighter as quickly as possible with your solution oriented communication.

Key responsibilities

As a Technology Presenter you will be responsible for presenting our technologies towards our clients. You will engage in the dialogue and bring technical insight on possibilites and limitations in relation to specific Normark Defence technologies within a specific use case. You will act as the communication link between our Technology Scout teams and Business Development teams.You should identify challenges, and recommend solutions that will make it possible to achieve milestones and specific use cases based on the clients specific needs. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Technical Expertise: Experience in Sales Engineering or a related technical role. It is a plus if you have experience in defence product development, R&D, or defence innovation.

Sales Acumen: You have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions that resonate with clients – finding the right place for the technology and solving problems. Communication Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities, with a sense of how to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Education & Certifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering ***, etc.) or equivalent experience.
