DANISH ENDURANCE® has built a strong global presence within e-commerce over the past decade, and we are now ready to expand into B2B and B2G markets. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and growing this new commercial business area, with an initial focus on Denmark and Scandinavia. The top priority will be to establish business with The Danish Armed Forces (NATO) and large, Danish corporations. You will work closely with relevant teams internally to build the foundation, structure, and long-term strategy for the new business unit and you will report directly to the CEO.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B and B2G opportunities across Denmark and Scandinavia, including tenders, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships
Develop market entry strategies for relevant industries such as corporate gifting, sports/outdoor clubs, defence and other institutional buyers
Build and maintain a structured pipeline, including forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development & Content to tailor assortments, packaging, and messaging for B2B/B2G segments
Ensure high-quality customer service and post-sale support, coordinating internally with Operations Strategy & Planning and Customer Service
Contribute to budget planning and sales targets, ensuring profitable and scalable growth of the new business unit
You bring a mix of commercial excellence, strategic thinking and hands-on drive.
Proven track record in B2B and/or B2G sales, preferably within consumer goods, textiles, outdoor, or related industries
Experience working with The Danish Armed Forces is a huge advantage
Experience in developing new markets or sales channels and driving growth from the ground up
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle different sales cycles and multiple stakeholder types
Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships with companies, government institutions, and key partners
Structured and data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
Self-driven, structured and organized
