We are SpacelyLabs, and we are fixing the costliest glitch in the physical world.

Real estate owners are currently losing 25% of their revenue because of invisible physical barriers that lock out the massive demographic.

We are building the "Google Analytics for the Physical World." Our B2B SaaS platform creates Digital Twins of physical spaces, uses AI to identify friction points, and calculates the exact ROI of fixing them.

We have the domain expertise, the logic models, and pilot discussions with major Nordic players. Now, we need YOU to build the engine.

The Role:

You are not just employee #1. You are the Technical Co-Founder. You will own the product architecture from Zero to One.

You will translate our proprietary domain knowledge into a scalable software product.

What you will build:

The Core Platform: A modern, scalable web dashboard where property owners can visualize their asset performance and ROI data.
The Data Engine: A robust backend architecture that processes complex physical measurement data and maps it to business logic.
The Future Tech: You will lead our R&D into automating audits using Computer Vision and AI.

What we are looking for:

A Builder, not a Manager: You love writing code. You want to ship an MVP in weeks, not months.
Full-Stack Fluency: You are comfortable with modern frontend (e.g., React/TypeScript) and backend/database architecture.
Data-Minded: You understand how to structure complex data relationships (e.g. mapping physical assets to regulatory rules).
AI Curiosity: You are interested in applying AI/ML to real-world problems.

The Stack:

We have a preference for modern, scalable stacks (e.g. React, Node, SQL), but you as the CTO will have the autonomy to make the final technology choices.

What we offer:

Significant Equity: This is a Co-Founder role. You get a major stake in the company. Compensation: Equity-only. Salary will commence upon securing Pre-Seed funding, which this role helps unlock.
