As a Senior Developer at Moder, you’ll be at the heart of that mission. You’ll build beautiful, intuitive UIs and help shaping the next generation of our all-in-one resort management system. From architecture discussions to polishing the final details of a new feature, you’ll make Moder’s product feel effortless and modern for thousands of daily users.
You’ll work closely with our CTO, Head of Product & Design, and the rest of the product team in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into shipped features quickly. We are looking for self-guided people who can drive initiatives and suggest better ways of working. Our tech stack consists of Vue, Tailwind, Laravel, InertiaJS and MySQL. We are also integrating AI services into our product.
Implement new features and improve Moder’s product
Participate in product design and technical architecture decisions
Write efficient and maintainable code. Vue and Laravel, integrating AI services.
Collaborate with other teams’ members for product understanding
Review code, share feedback, and mentor teammates when needed
Help evolving our tech stack and ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
You’ve shipped several new features that customers love
We have reduced technical debt in backend with your help
You actively contribute to design and architecture discussions
You’re a trusted voice in the team and have a good knowledge of the system
Must-haves
Strong experience building production apps with Vue or React and some backend language using a framework, e.g. Laravel or Rails
Understanding of common backend challenges in architecture and performance, experience in solving them
Understanding of CSS
Knowledge of state and event management in complex applications
Collaborative attitude and clear communication in English
Strong interest in user-centric design and UX
Good understanding of security principles
Nice-to-haves
Experience in hospitality/travel tech or ecommerce
AI or ML implementation experience, or integrating AI services to products
Payment solutions knowledge
Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure)
Working with Figma
Good knowledge of security certifications
