As our Growth & Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for shaping our early go-to-market approach, driving user acquisition, and converting event hosts into paying customers. This role is part growth, part marketing, part sales — and 100% impact.
You’ll drive two main tracks:
1) Kickstart & refine our first commercial Photopool release
Bring user insights, feedback and data into rapid product iterations
Help shape messaging, positioning, and the launch narrative
Collaborate directly with the founder and developers on continuous improvements
2) Acquire paying customers & drive early traction
Outreach to venues, photographers, and event planners
Build micro-campaigns and hands-on social content
Run small paid experiments & test viral loops
Activate communities, partnerships and local networks
Convert event hosts into paying users Your work directly fuels growth — and your earnings.
You earn a percentage of all revenue you help generate, calculated after base operational costs (hosting, maintenance, etc.).
Tiered model:
0–500 paying users → 25%
501–2000 paying users → 30%
2001–5000 paying users → 40%
5001+ paying users → 50%
There is no cap. Your earning potential is defined by your initiative, creativity, and execution.
Have experience in growth, marketing, or sales
Enjoy early-stage environments with lots of autonomy
Are comfortable experimenting, iterating and moving fast
Love results-driven work and performance-based rewards
Feel confident talking to leads and building customer relationships
Can work independently in a remote-first setup
Are available 15–20 hours/week minimum (more welcome)
