We are building a world-class training experience across iOS, Android, web, and Apple Watch. To accelerate our product development, we are looking for a Product Designer who is exceptional at interaction design, prototyping, and bringing product ideas to life quickly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to design features that go directly into the hands of real users on a weekly basis.

What You’ll Do

You will own user experience and visual design across mobile and web, working closely with the founder and engineering team to ship polished, intuitive features.

  • Translate complex training concepts into clean, simple UI.

  • Improve existing flows such as onboarding, logging, workout summaries, and progress analytics.

  • Develop visual systems, components, and reusable patterns.

  • Collaborate directly with engineering to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

  • Conduct quick user tests and iterate based on insight.

  • Help shape the design direction and future UX culture at Lyfta.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile product design.

  • Excellent interaction design skills with a focus on clarity and usability.

  • Proven ability to prototype quickly in Figma (animations, transitions, flows).

  • Experience designing for mobile-first products (iOS and/or Android).

  • Ability to work independently, move fast, and iterate based on feedback.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with engineering.

Bonus skills:

  • Experience designing for fitness, health, or quantified-self apps.

  • Understanding of motion design or micro-interactions.

  • Design systems or component library experience.

  • Basic understanding of front-end implementation (for better collaboration).

  • Experience with data visualization or analytics UI.

Why Join Lyfta

  • Full ownership of design for a global, fast-growing product.

  • Work closely with a technical founder in a small, highly efficient team.

  • Ship quickly and see immediate user impact.

  • Opportunity to define the visual language and UX of a major fitness brand.

  • Flexible remote setup and autonomy in how you work.
