We are now looking for a Swedish speaking, structured and partner-oriented coordinator to strengthen our onboarding and operational support functions.


The role:

As Partner & Operations Coordinator, your primary focus will be to ensure that new partners get a smooth, well-guided start with Freetrailer  and that existing partners receive the support they need to keep their fleet and operations running efficiently.

You will be part of an ambitious, hands-on team where you’ll become an expert in Freetrailer’s products and processes. We’re working closely with our partners, internal teams and external suppliers, to ensure that everything from orders to activation goes according to plan.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire onboarding process for new partners.

  • Train and onboard partners in the Freetrailer platform.

  • Manage logistics and delivery of trailers.

  • Ensure that all practical preparations are completed (orders, branding, delivery dates, setup in internal systems, etc.).

  • Follow up proactively to make sure the partner enters operations confidently.

  • Handle daily partner questions, troubleshooting and operational clarifications.

  • Coordinate internal and external support when issues require escalation.

  • Provide in-house support to teams that depend on accurate partner or trailer data.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience.


Qualifications & Personal skills:

  • You speak Swedish fluently (requirement).

  • You communicate confidently in English.

  • Bonus: You speak Dutch and/or an additional Scandinavian language (Danish or Norwegian).

  • You enjoy guiding, helping and supporting partners and are patient and clear in your communication.

  • You are structured, detail-oriented and good at coordinating multiple parallel tasks.

  • You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership from start to finish.

  • You thrive in a scale-up environment where processes evolve and improvements are welcome.

  • Able to handle difficult conversations professionally and solution-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems.

  • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible; you get things done!

  • Strong team spirit and commitment to collective success.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
