3RD is looking for a structured and curious Fullstack Content Engineer to help turn AI visibility insights into clear content, smart briefs, and simple, reusable workflows. The role focuses on designing how content is created, structured, and automated – not just writing individual pieces.
Design and run AI-powered content workflows
Build end-to-end workflows that turn our AI visibility insights into concrete content and data tasks (for example: briefs, outlines, structured data, reference pages).
Set up systems that use AI to generate high-quality content briefs and outlines for our customers – based on their goals, audiences, and visibility gaps.
Maintain and refine prompt libraries and templates for research, outlining, drafting, refreshing, and repurposing content across leading AI models.
Build and maintain the content system behind AI visibility
Act as a “context librarian” for client and internal knowledge: structure source material, FAQs, positioning documents, and product information so AI tools can use them reliably.
Map existing content against the questions and topics that matter most, identify gaps, and suggest new content or data assets that will improve AI visibility and authority.
Work closely with strategists to ensure key messages, differentiators, and proof points are clearly reflected in the content and data we maintain.
Bring these capabilities into the 3RD platform
Work with product and engineering to turn working workflows (for briefs, outlines, and content mapping) into simple, productised features inside the 3RD platform.
Help define requirements, test early versions, and give concrete feedback on how features support real content and marketing work.
Contribute to clear documentation so customers can understand and adopt these capabilities quickly.
Support clarity and consistency across 3RD’s communications
Help create and maintain clear, consistent narratives for marketing, sales, and leadership materials.
Contribute to light internal documentation so others can understand and reuse the workflows you build.
Experiment with AI tools and simple automations to make research, drafting, and updating content more efficient.
Have experience from content, marketing, SEO, growth, product marketing, or a similar field.
Enjoy structuring information and building simple systems, not only producing one-off assets.
Comfortable setting up AI-assisted processes for briefs, outlines, and content research – ideally with some experience using no-code/low-code tools or basic integrations.
Write clearly and concisely in Danish and English, and care about consistency in tone and terminology.
Structured, dependable, and able to keep momentum across several parallel tasks and stakeholders.
Interested in how AI, search, and answer engines change the way organisations are discovered and understood.
