3RD is looking for a client-oriented GEO & AI Visibility Specialist to help brands and agency partners understand, adopt, and get value from our AI visibility platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and customer success and acts as the primary bridge between our technology and how clients operationalise SEO, GEO, and AI search in practice.
You will advise enterprise brands and agency partners on how to use 3RD’s tools, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable SEO and GEO strategies that improve how brands are represented in AI-generated answers.
Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients and agency partners on how to use 3RD’s platform to improve AI visibility and GEO performance.
Onboard new clients and partners, ensuring they understand core concepts, workflows, and how insights connect to their existing SEO and content efforts.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and 3RD’s product and tech teams, ensuring feedback, needs, and opportunities flow both ways.
Support agencies in positioning GEO and AI visibility as a strategic extension of their SEO and content offerings.
Help clients interpret AI visibility data, prompt analysis, citations, and answer patterns in a way that aligns with their business goals.
Turn platform insights into concrete strategic guidance across content, structure, authority, and entity development.
Advise clients on how to evolve from traditional SEO-only thinking to a combined SEO, GEO, and AI search approach.
Help define practical frameworks and playbooks that clients and agencies can reuse internally.
Work closely with 3RD’s product and tech teams to explain customer use cases, challenges, and strategic requirements.
Translate technical or data-heavy outputs into clear recommendations that SEO teams, content teams, and agencies can execute on.
Contribute to shaping product direction by identifying recurring client needs, gaps, and opportunities across enterprise and agency use cases.
Own relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers and agency partners.
Support agencies in client-facing situations, including scoping, positioning, and explaining GEO deliverables.
Join strategic client sessions to explain findings, guide prioritization, and support long-term adoption of GEO as a discipline.
Help clients understand how GEO efforts connect to broader outcomes such as visibility, trust, demand generation, and brand authority.
Define clear reporting views and narratives that make AI visibility progress understandable for both specialists and executives.
Share learnings, patterns, and best practices internally to strengthen how 3RD supports customers at scale.
Have experience in SEO, search strategy, digital consulting, customer success, or a similar role combining data, technology, and client advisory.
Comfortable working directly with customers and partners, explaining complex concepts in clear, confident language.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and curious about how AI systems generate answers, select sources, and interpret entities.
Able to act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Structured, organised, and confident managing multiple enterprise and partner relationships in parallel.
Commercially minded, with an understanding of how agencies and enterprise teams operate.
Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus, not a requirement.
