We’re looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist who’s excited to learn and grow while helping us build meaningful email campaigns. Email isn’t just a channel for us - it’s a way to guide users, improve the rental experience, and keep people coming back. You’ll join a growing marketing team that’s building our email setup from the ground up, working closely with developers, content and data to craft truly meaningful user journeys. In this role, you’ll also collaborate with our Product and Growth teams to ensure smooth integrations, accurate triggers, and smart segmentation. You’ll help build logic-based automations, troubleshoot flows, and support continuous improvements in how users experience our brand through email.
This is a full-time role in our Copenhagen office, where you’ll join an ambitious international team working at high speed across more than 40 markets. You’ll report to our Email Marketing Team Lead and be a key part of driving revenue through world-class automation. Help build, implement and maintain email campaigns & flows
Work data-driven with trigggers and assist with segmentation logic
Help design and build email templates, and support with writing and optimizing copy for different user segments
Perform QA on emails - links, personalization, layout across devices, - the whole vibe check
Run A/B tests (subject lines, send times, content tests) to boost performance
Monitor metrics, pull data reports, and gather insights to support optimizations
Support email operations tasks: documentation, organization, workspace setup, and assisting with larger automation projects
Must-have:
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Interest in data, user behavior and marketing automation
Ability to follow instructions and work thoroughly - good QA mindset and detail-oriented execution
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Good communication skills in English
Good to have:
Experience with HTML/CSS and the ability to debug broken templates and logic
Understanding of key email performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions)
Interest in personalization, segmentation, and user journey design
Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to ask questions and learn
