InitHere ApS is looking for a proactive and curious Business Development Intern to join our early-stage IT consultancy in Copenhagen.
We’re a newly launched tech consultancy helping startups and small businesses build modern digital solutions, web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, UI/UX, cloud setups, AI-driven tools, and data analytics. No corporate bureaucracy. Just real, hands-on tech and fast decision-making.
As an intern, you’ll work directly with the CEO and get first-hand experience in what it takes to build a consultancy from scratch and win your first clients.
Identifying and researching potential customers
Reaching out through LinkedIn, email, and calls to test outreach strategies
Assisting with pitch materials, proposals, and sales presentations
Joining sales calls and helping follow up with leads
Performing market research that shapes how we package and position our services
Studying or have finished a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or something related
Strong English skills (Danish is a plus)
Confident, self-driven, and willing to experiment
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
Interested in startups, tech, and how companies grow from zero
Real, practical experience in B2B sales and business development
Flexible schedule (~20 hours/week) tailored around studies
Profit-sharing on successful deals you help close
