German-speaking Customer Support Specialist

You will join our Customer Support team, helping end-users and partners with technical support, financial and technical questions, and the use of our products. You will also work closely with Operations and service partners to solve technical issues and keep things running smoothly. You will work closely with external partners and great colleagues across several teams, all supporting the Spirii journey.

You will report to our Head of Operation.  

 

What You Will Do 

  • Client communication (technical and financial enquiries, etc.) 

  • Take the lead in dealing with installation projects and ensure the optimum collaboration between Spirii, the Spirii clients, and Spirii partners.  

  • Take ownership of and handle operational tickets, issues, etc., regarding roaming, payment services,s and other technical aspects of our solution. 

  • Partner Support (educate, support in use of products, etc.) 

  • Ad hoc tasks 

 

Who You Are 

  • You have a solid grasp of software products and enjoy diving into technical challenges. 

  • You are structured and always think customer first and strive to find solutions.  

  • Customer service experience (front and back office tasks, several customer types, several support tools, etc.) 

  • Project coordination and teaching experience will be considered a plus. 

  • Ability to work in several systems simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working independently whilst being an excellent team player.

  • Great communication skills and ability to interact with all levels in an organization – internally as well as externally with partners/customers. 

  • Curious and interested in expanding your competencies continuously and learning new products, systems, and processes.

  • Interested in teaching others.

  • Ambitious on behalf of our customers, our company, and yourself, whilst focusing on excellent execution. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Fluent in German and strong communication skills in English

  • Danish is a plus, but not required

  • Experience from Project Management and external stakeholder management 

  • Experience working in CRM, Customer Engagement, and ERP systems

  • Experience supporting advanced software solutions 

  • Experience within the e-Mobility industry is a plus
