🤩 Role: SDR UK

This role is built for early-career sales sellers who want to pursue a career within sales — We build people. It's not a “smile and dial” factory.
You’ll respond to inbound fast, run sharp discovery that creates genuine value for prospects (and your AEs), and drive smart, targeted outbound into mid-market and enterprise. As you level up, you’ll start owning full SMB cycles too — from first touch to signed contract.

🎯 What you will do:

Own inbound (speed wins):

  • Call new leads within minutes; follow up by email/LinkedIn.

  • Qualify fast, run structured discovery, and book clear next steps.

  • Hand over to AE with sharp context.

Control outbound (quality > volume):

  • Work from pre-built, qualified lead lists; prioritise and personalise outreach.

  • Run multi-channel plays (phone, email, LinkedIn) with clear hypotheses.

  • Lead value-driven discovery to map pains and stakeholders.

Be a force multiplier:

  • Keep CRM tight, close the loop with Marketing, share what works.

  • Join AE meetings you book to learn and add value.

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice.
