    • Support continuous improvement and automation in payroll and reporting.

    • Implementing payroll in new entities worldwide.

    • Assist in benefit program maintenance.

  • People Operations (30%)

    • Manage employee lifecycle, e.g., onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.

    • Maintain employee data in Personio.

    • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Office Management, and Finance for smooth employee experiences.

    • Support local HR operations in Germany.

    • Contribute to global process alignment within People Ops.

What skills do I need?

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in payroll operations in an international, multi-entity environment.

  • In-depth experience in international payroll is essential, with a strong focus on Finland and/or Germany.

  • Knowledge of international social security, tax, and employment regulations.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Personio preferred) and Jira or other ticketing tools.

  • Solid understanding of HR administration and lifecycle processes.

  • Fluent in English and at least B1 in German; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

How will I stand out?

  • Highly organized with exceptional accuracy in payroll data and compliance.

  • Analytical and process-driven, skilled in optimizing payroll workflows.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new country regulations.

What can I expect from IQM?

  • Shape our people operations during a period of transformative growth and be a key player in our shared success story.

  • Contribute to groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of quantum.
