You’ll own a your territory and build your own pipeline of high-value targets - with SDR support, feeding you qualified opportunities. You call the shots on where to hunt, who to warm, and how to win. We’ll back you with marketing air cover, product firepower, and leadership you can trust for support and development.We’ve grown fast (330% last year), we’re backed by top Nordic and European investors, and we already work with brands like Furset Gruppen, Tusenfryd, Q8, 7 Eleven, and more.
Now we’re launching a full scale attack on the Nordics, and we want a senior closer to lead the charge.
The opportunity
This is a senior, high-trust role with real market ownership.
You’ll be one of the key commercial drivers for the Nordics, owning larger, more complex deals end-to-end, and shaping how we win in Scandinavia. You’ll work closely with Marketing, CS, and Product, and you’ll influence GTM plays, segmentation, and pricing/packaging as we scale.

What you’ll actually do (aka how you’ll make magic)
Own and close complex deals
Run full sales cycles across the Nordics: prospect → qualify → demo → negotiate → close.
Handle multi-site, multi-stakeholder buying groups with confidence and empathy.
Build strong business cases and ROI stories that land with operators and finance.
Build pipeline like a grown-up
Mix smart outbound with fast, sharp inbound handling.
Target the right segments, use the right angles, and keep your pipeline healthy and predictable.
Forecast accurately and proactively - you’re senior, we trust you, and your number matters.
Sell consultatively
Diagnose the real problem before prescribing the solution.
Anchor deals in measurable outcomes: retention, churn reduction, staffing stability, training time, employer brand.
Be a market shaper
Bring your Nordic market knowledge into GTM strategy and product feedback.
Help refine messaging and plays for Scandinavia.
Mentor more junior commercial teammates as we scale.
You're probably the one if...
You have 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2–3+ years closing mid-market/enterprise deals.
You’ve consistently hit or over-hit quota and can talk about your numbers clearly.
You’ve led complex, multi-stakeholder cycles (ops, HR, finance, IT - you know the dance).
You’re fluent in English, and one Nordic language (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish) is a big plus.
You’re structured, autonomous, and outcome-driven - without being a robot.
You bring energy, curiosity, and a “let’s test → learn → win” mindset.
Bonus points if you
Have sold into hospitality, retail, staffing, or multi-site operations.
Have worked in a scaling startup where ambiguity is normal and momentum is sacred.
Enjoy helping build a market, not just working one.
