Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire communities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.
You’ll own the end-to-end delivery and installations in Europe. This role sits at the intersection of commercial and product, acting as the operational anchor between hardware engineering, sales, customer success, supply chain, and external technicians and partners. You will elevate the overall implementation experience, build a scalable delivery engine, and help turn field insights into direct product and commercial improvements.
You’ll be a crucial part of Teton’s operations, working on the following areas:
Own the EU delivery program: plan, staff, and lead multi-site installations.
Be on-site when it matters: lead complex installs, validate technical work, and unstick issues in real time.
Close the loop with product and hardware: capture field learnings, prioritize feedback, and drive design-for-installability and reliability updates.
Raise the bar on external installers: source, vet, train, certify; define SLAs, QA, safety standards; monitor performance; phase out underperformers.
De-risk delivery: identify critical path risks early; run contingency plans; keep customers and internal teams aligned.
Measure what matters: track time-to-live, on-time delivery % and site NPS.
Partner cross-functionally: coordinate hardware availability with Supply Chain, site access with customers, and milestones with Sales/CS.
Build the team: hire and mentor a EU Delivery team; set routines, cadences, and a culture of ownership.
You are technical enough to challenge hardware decisions and lead on-site installs, and commercial enough to engage executives, protect timelines, and fuel growth.
Delivery experience: +4 years leading technical deliveries, preferably in hardware-enabled systems (healthcare, med-tech, industrial, robotics or similar).
Strong systems and hands-on mindset: can read basic wiring and network diagrams, validate PoE/power, camera placement, and RF/Wi-Fi basics.
Executive-level stakeholder management: crisp communication with operators, clinicians, and facility teams.
Data-driven operator: you build simple metrics and dashboards, act on the signal, and ship.
Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
Competitive salary and participation in our equity program.
Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.
A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.
A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
We’re a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged — it’s expected. It’s a hands-on environment where you’ll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning.
We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to truly make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job – jump on board.
