Job description

As E-commerce Project Manager you’ll play a key role in building the e-commerce and digital foundation of a fast-growing clean beauty platform. You’ll bridge brand, design, and development teams to create world-class online experiences that reflect our ambitions and mission. You’ll also take ownership of key digital transformation initiatives across the TOCG ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.


💪 What your role will be

E-commerce & Digital Experience Project Manager

  • Lead the implementation of Shopify brand stores — coordinate with the Chief Digital Officer and cross-functional teams to deliver a modern, scalable e-commerce infrastructure that empowers our brands.

  • Own the digital roadmap for new web functionalities and manage end-to-end project delivery — from concept and business case to testing and release.

  • Drive conversion excellence — define and prioritise a CRO roadmap, identify opportunities to improve user experience, and translate insights into actionable business requirements.

  • Be the bridgebuilder between brand teams, designers, and developers — ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication throughout digital projects.

  • Measure impact — monitor and report performance of new functionalities and releases in close collaboration with local brand teams.

  • Enable best practices — advise on technical SEO, analytics setup, and website governance to enhance brand visibility and digital performance. 

Business Project Owner – Digital Platforms

  • End-to-end project management of strategic digital initiatives: from requirements gathering and business case development to go-live and adoption.

  • Act as Business Project Owner for:

    • PIM (Product Information Management) implementation

    • CRM & Loyalty platform development

    • Analytics infrastructure and data activation setup

  • Ensure all digital projects support TOCG’s strategic pillars: scalable growth, data-driven decision-making, and brand empowerment.

 

🎯 What You Bring

  • 5+ Years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital project management and conversion rate optimisation.

  • Practical experience with e-commerce & digital marketing management systems, such as  Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and project management software are a big plus

  • No experience in content & paid media needed

  • Languages: English mandatory. Other languages is a plus
