Performance marketing is expected to deliver a significant part of the revenue goal for 2026, and we’re looking to do that through Meta ads primarily. Your job is to build out our library of winning creative concepts, run the creative process around making new ads, and manage the performance of our campaigns and ads on a weekly basis.
We’ve had success with a simple setup for our campaigns, running few ads at a time, and not touching the setup too often. Biggest impact on performance has been bold creatives, made outside in the context of where our product is used (in restaurants, on the street, at events, etc).
The role is more on the creative and producing side of performance marketing than dedicated media buying. It’s the ideation, development and production of ads that will account for the majority of your task, and then analysing performance, finding winning concepts, and iterating on them.
This is a senior position, where deep experience is required to fit this role.
You’ll report directly to our Marketing Director, who’s been running this track up until now, but now you’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end. No team to manage from day one - this is a hands-on role where you’re the one inside the ad accounts, making the ads, building the system. But when we hit our goals, you’ll be the person we build the performance team around.
We’re doubling down on Meta as our main growth engine, but you’ll also shape how we use other channels over time - LinkedIn Ads, YouTube ads, landing page creation, and whatever else makes sense to hit targets. You don’t have to be a hardcore number cruncher, but you should be comfortable living in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring business impact, and making decisions based on graphs and numbers.

This is a full-time role based in Copenhagen with a hybrid setup, where work-from-home is totally fine when needed, but we prefer to see you in the office. We work in English day-to-day, and yours has to be at a high professional level, spoken and written.
Salary is competitive with warrant options on the table for the right profile.
