🎯 The Role: Community Lead

You’ll be heading all initiatives around engaging with our community of customers and potential customers. You’ll arrange and attend physical events in the hospitality space, and you’ll be launching and running our digital community of HR/People leaders.

Physical events have been a strong marketing initiative that has driven lots of interest and conversations - even though we haven’t had a professional approach to it. 

Your job is to change this!

Research and pick relevant events to attend, prepare participant lists for the sales team, plan our presence from roll-ups to flight-tickets, and make sure we get as much value out of each even as possible.

Think exposroundtables, local meetups, dinners, panels, and a digital space (hosted on our own All Gravy platform) where people actually talk and share what’s working.

Preferably, you’re already part of the hospitality space, you have a network you can use to get into the right circles, and you’re enough of a people person to enjoy spending a lot of your time out and about, being an All Gravy ambassador.

The role will include travel to events across our core markets, but mainly in the UK. You should genuinely enjoy spending a big chunk of your time out meeting people, not sitting behind a laptop.

You’ll know you’re winning when:

  • Our events are full of the right people from the right brands
  • Sales is walking away from each event with real conversations and follow-ups
  • Our digital community has active members, not just a long list of registrations
  • Customers and prospects start seeing All Gravy as “the place” where the industry meets

This is a full-time role based in London with a hybrid setup, where work-from-home is totally fine when needed, but we prefer to see you in the office (our out engaging with the community).

Salary is competitive with warrant options on the table for the right profile.
