Culturequest builds culture-measurement software that helps HR and leaders turn insights into action. We’re doubling down on organic growth and need a hands-on Content & SEO Intern to create sharp content—and make sure people actually find us in the online world.


What you’ll do

✍️ Create content for our website & social (primarily Danish; occasional English)

🔎 On-page SEO: titles, meta, headings, internal links, schema, keyword intent

🗓️ Keep the blog moving: plan → draft → edit → publish (Webflow)

🧲 Support our lead funnel: landing pages and lead magnets

🤝 Collaborate with the CMO on content strategy, priorities & monthly goals


You are

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) with strong writing/editing skills

  • Comfortable researching and turning ideas in to final production

  • Solid grasp of SEO basics

  • Structured, proactive, and able to ship regularly

  • Bonus: Curious about HR topics: trivselsmåling, psykologisk tryghed, APV, kultur og trivsel


Nice to have ⭐

  • Webflow, Google Search Console/GA4, basic email tools

  • Keyword tools

  • Graphic competencies for social media (Canva, CapCut, etc.)


What success looks like (KPIs) 🎯

  • 📅 Cadence: We will agree on a realistic amount - feel free to give your opinion and influence the strategy

  • 🔼 On-page SEO uplift: better rankings on priority pages

  • 📨 Landing-page conversions: more subscribers/downloads

  • 🌱 Organic growth: traffic to APV/culture-measurement pages

What motivated us to get started? 🚀 The spark for Culturequest ignited from our own experiences in various corporate environments where we witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of poor employee well-being, as well as from the dream of making a greater impact on employees well-being.
