We are looking for our next Customer Solution Engineer (CSE) to join our Customer Experience department. You will work alongside three other CSE's - supporting our customers and internal stakeholders from onboarding of new clients to support existing ones.

Adversus specialises in providing software solutions for the call center industry, designed to meet our customers' unique needs. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creating customer success through personalized software and hardware solutions.


What will you be working on?

  • Managing the customer integration process and ensuring timely and successful implementation between the customer and our system.

  • Collaborating with customers to understand their systems, integration requirements, and business goals.

  • Configuring and customising the platform to fit the customer's workflows, systems, and data structures.

  • Providing technical guidance and support during the onboarding process.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues promptly.

  • Working with sales, support, development, and customer success teams to improve integration processes and customer experiences.

  • Developing and maintaining documentation for integration procedures and best practices.

  • Conducting training sessions for customers and colleagues.

  • Optimising our internal workflows - including our AI support solution (Intercom)


We imagine you have:

  • An education or coursework in a relevant technical field (e.g. Web Developer).

  • Documented experience in building technical integrations.

  • Skills in APIs, webhooks, data formats, data destructuring (JSON, XML, Form data), Postman, or similar tools.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Slack, Jira, Workday, Monday etc.)

  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.

  • Professional proficiency in either Danish, Swedish or Finnish is seen as a advantage
