Puzzel is a leading provider of cloud-based contact centre solutions, empowering businesses to deliver exceptional customer service. Our platform combines omnichannel contact centre, workforce management, and AI-driven analytics to optimize customer interactions and operational efficiency.
With 25 years’ experience since our foundation in Norway, we’re already #1 in the Nordics; growing rapidly in the UK and we are already seeing some great success in the Netherlands since opening the entity in mid-2024, but our ambition is to become the clear European market-leader in the coming years 🚀
We are hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own partner acquisition and partner-led demand generation across our key European markets. This is a brand new role.
You will design and run campaigns to recruit high-quality partners and build joint campaigns with system integrators, telco partners, resellers and technology partners that create measurable pipeline for Puzzel.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting into VP Revenue Marketing and working closely with Partnerships, Sales and Product Marketing.

Build partner persona and qualification criteria, and develop an outreach/playbook to convert target partners into sales-ready partners.
Own joint go-to-market campaigns with existing partners; co-branded content, webinars, account-based campaigns, field teams and events; to generate net new opportunities for Puzzel.
Create scalable campaign packages (campaign briefs, assets, email programmes, paid media blueprints and enablement kits) so partners can launch quickly and consistently.
Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards for partner campaign ROI, pipeline contribution and partner health; iterate to improve conversion and qualification.
Train and enable Channel Sales Executives and local sales to run joint campaigns, and act as the primary marketing contact for strategic partners.
Manage marketing development funds (MDF) and track ROI on partner-led initiatives.
Coordinate content, digital, product marketing, sales enablement and demand teams to deliver end-to-end partner campaigns.
Represent marketing in partner review meetings; help translate partner feedback into improvements in partner programs and go-to-market approaches.
Own partner marketing budget planning and optimisation.
5+ years’ partner/channel marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrable success recruiting partners and running joint campaigns that generated measurable pipeline.
Strong commercial mindset: experience setting and owning partner-sourced pipeline targets, and improving partner qualification and conversion. (Puzzel’s sales analysis shows partner qualification is a key area to improve to increase partner wins.)
Proven ability to design repeatable, scalable partner programs and campaign packages that partners can activate with minimal lift.
Excellent programme management and project delivery skills; balancing long-term partner development with tactical campaign execution.
Strong stakeholder skills: experience working with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing and external partners. Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and partner execs.
Practical marketer: experience producing/opining on content, demand gen, paid media, events and enablement collateral.

Whilst we are proud to already have a diverse workforce from across the globe, we are aware that things could always be improved – for example, we currently have a ratio of female 26:74 male employees, which whilst not uncommon for the tech industry (average in SaaS is 26% female), it’s far from ideal. So, what are we doing to improve this?
Our Global Leadership Team (C-suite) has shifted from 100% male at the start of 2023 to 4 men: 5 women.
We have increased our % of female hires from 23.6% in 2021 to 38.5% in 2023 and 41% in 2024!
We are partnering with the likes of Flexa, who have significantly higher-than-average talent pools of candidates from diverse backgrounds.
We are working with State Employment initiatives in Norway and Sweden to bring candidates through internship/apprenticeship routes and are investigating similar initiatives in the UK and Bulgaria.
By raising awareness and transparency, we are hoping to further attract a diverse workforce.
We are continuously striving to foster an inclusive and diverse environment, where everyone is celebrated for who they are. If there is anything we can do to support you in the interview process, or beyond, please let us know.
Even if you feel you are only a 75% match for this role, we still want to hear from you. This list is purely indicative. Skills can always be learnt.
