In this role, you’ll have full ownership of growing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), the ability to influence the way we work across the business, and see the results of your decisions immediately. You’ll work in a flat structure with fast decision-making, and have the freedom to build and improve a retention setup that is still taking shape. You’ll also have the mandate, the tools, and a capable team to drive measurable impact while shaping a culture of high performance and growth.
As Head of Customer Retention, you’ll be the expert steering the agenda and turning insights into action. You’ll lead a team and shape processes, technology, and strategy that together create a world-class customer experience.
Customer Lifecycle Strategy & Value Maximisation – define, implement, and own the strategy to improve CLV, reduce churn, and increase loyalty
CRM & Automation – lead email, push, and SMS strategies, building scalable solutions with advanced segmentation
Loyalty Program Roadmap – develop offers and benefits that keep customers coming back
Data-Driven Insights – collaborate with Analytics to define customer cohorts and turn complex insights into actionable campaigns
Technology & Solutions – champion the tools that enable scalable personalisation and automation
You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire your team. We expect you to be present for your team, ensure alignment, set direction, remove obstacles, and follow up.

You’ll report to the COO and work across the business in a way that makes your impact visible from day one.
Experienced in customer retention, CLV, and CRM in a digital or e-commerce environment
Confident bridging analytics and strategic execution
Tech-fluent, with CRM, automation, and AI experience
A strong communicator who can align multiple stakeholders
Hands-on, results-driven, and ready to take ownership and move fast
