This is your chance! The Support team at TimeLog is looking for a Customer Support Ambassador for the Autopilot product to cover for one of our current CSAs who will be going on leave. This is a temporary position that you should consider applying for.
You should thrive on helping others, spotting patterns, and delivering not just answers, but real customer clarity. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and a critical part of their experience.
But this isn’t a traditional support agent role. We’re building a Support organization that is insight-driven and actively contributes to product improvements and documentation.
