What can you expect from the role?

As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, developing scalable processes, and driving impactful supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Inventory Optimization

·       Manage replenishment across platforms to ensure availability while optimizing stock levels.

·       Contribute to forecast reviews and provide data-driven insights improving planning accuracy.

·       Monitor demand, slow movers, and stock risks; propose corrective actions.

Supplier & Logistics Coordination

·       Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) from placement to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

·       Monitor supplier confirmations, shipment schedules, and resolve delays or discrepancies.

·       Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to secure smooth and on-time inbound flow.

Cross-Functional Project Management

·       Lead supply chain projects (process automation, systems improvements, new channel launches).

·       Drive standardization of processes and documentation across the supply chain organization.

·       Partner with Product Development, Sales, Content, Finance, Data & AI, and Warehouse on planning-related initiatives.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

·       Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to planning, logistics, and inventory workflows.

·       Support implementation of new tools, templates, and procedures.

·       Contribute to developing scalable processes supporting our growth.

Stakeholder Coordination

·       Act as the supply chain point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

·       Ensure alignment on launch timelines, supply constraints, and operational priorities.

·       Support and mentor more junior colleagues when needed.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

You bring a strong mix of experience, analytical skill, and a proactive mindset.

Your Experience & Skills

·       4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.

·       Strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

·       Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.

·       Proactive, can-do mindset.

·       Comfortable working with systems (ERP; Business Central experience is a plus).

·       Strong attention to detail with ability to structure and prioritize.

·       Collaborative communicator thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.

·       Interest in continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.

Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office atmosphere)
